When your idea needs direction, we explore the options and develop its form, function and technical solutions. Your concept does not need to be fully defined before we start.
We design structures, enclosures and assemblies so the parts of your product work together. We bring mechanical design, industrial design and electronics into alignment.
As your design moves towards manufacturing, we refine the details with manufacturers. Our work can include production documentation, inspection of the first parts and technical support for the start of production.
A product’s shape, circuit board, connectors and structure all influence one another. We work with industrial designers and electronics engineers to develop the mechanical design, so the parts fit together and the product can be manufactured.
You do not have to solve everything on the first attempt.
A prototype helps us test a structure, check how parts fit or see how a mechanism works. What we learn guides the next design changes and, where needed, another round of testing.
We consider manufacturability from the start. Tests are planned and carried out as part of product development. Where needed, laboratory testing takes place at an external test laboratory. The results help us develop the product and identify any changes needed to its mechanical design.
